Return & Exchange Policy

Once an order is delivered, it is not eligible for return or refund, except under the specific conditions mentioned below.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
A return or exchange will be accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective, or if the product received is mismatched, such as an incorrect size, color, or print sent by mistake.
Mandatory Opening Video
To process any return or exchange request, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be clear and unedited and should show the package being opened for the first time, clearly displaying the defect or mismatch. Requests submitted without a proper opening video will not be accepted.
Reporting Timeframe
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests raised after this 48-hour window will not be entertained.
Product Condition
The product must be unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchange Shipping
Where an exchange is approved, return and re-delivery shipping charges are additional and are the customer's responsibility to arrange and bear.
Payment & Cash on Delivery
All orders must be prepaid at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Size Chart Notice
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order, as returns are not accepted for sizing issues.
How to Request an Exchange
