Order Policy
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is considered final. Cancellations, modifications, or address changes are not permitted after order confirmation.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing the Size Guide before making a purchase. As our fabrics are expandable, returns or exchanges based on fit or sizing issues are not accepted.
Product Representation
We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen resolution, lighting, and device settings.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days across all locations in India. Needlepusher is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
Returns
Returns are strictly limited to products that are damaged or mismatched. To request a replacement or refund, a clear and unedited unboxing video must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
